- Mission: Our mission is to provide a comprehensive Head Start experience to children 2 years and 9 months to 5 years old who reside with their families in homeless shelters, a well as families who meet the low income eligibility guidelines for Head Start and The Department of Social Services. Also offered are services for children with special needs. Our Center is open Monday through Friday from 9am until 3:30pm. On site mental health services are provided by Andrus Center for Preventive Psychiatry.
